Our El Jefe–variety Red Jalapeño chili peppers are grown on Fire Tongue Farms in California. Unlike most jalapeño peppers, which are picked while still green, these peppers ripened on the vine, turning bright red and very sweet. They're medium-hot and are perfect for cooking or garnishing, in a tomato sauce, with eggs or on fresh fruit.

Red Jalapeño Chili Flakes
Great taste with a little heat. Good flavor.

Great spice
I’ve used many chili peppers to spice up a dish. (Chipotle, cayenne, Italian red pepper flakes…..) But by far this is my favorite! I add a few shakes at the end of cooking and the flakes add another layer of flavor without overpowering the flavor profile of the dish.

Best Chili Flakes Ever!
I love these chili flakes and I put them on everything! They are quite a bit hotter than most flakes, so really only suitable for those of us who really like heat.
